2% Builder's Bond reports
Mandatory Defect Inspection reports are prepared for the contracts entered into as of 1/01/2018.
Appointment of Building Inspectors Guidelines and Building Bond Guidelines are attached here.

Dilapidation reports
We prepare a detailed list of all discovered faults and potential risks that contractor and builder will have to take into account and repair.

Due Diligence reports
We prepare Due Diligence reports , outlining property's condition, highlighting defects and proposing possible capital outlays and suggesting repairs.

Developer reports
Developer reports are prepared in accordance with the requirements of Strata Scheme Management Act 2015 and Strata Scheme Consolidated Regulations and include:

Capital Works Fund,

Initial Maintenance reports and

Handover reports.

Expert Witness reports
The reports that we prepare outline building defects that can be claimed against builder and form a part of litigation support for those claims.

Haz Mat reports
We shall be providing National Association of Testing Authority (NATA) accredited analysis for precise results in a timely and cost efficient manner, including:
